100 g / handful KOO Fruit Cocktail pieces, drained
30g Chocolate drops
Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
In a bowl add yogurt, egg, honey/ maple syrup to form a liquid custard then set aside.
Place the bread slices on a baking paper lined baking sheet then using the back of a spoon or your fingers press down the centre of the bread just excusing the crust to make up wells.
Using a spoon, scoop up some custard and fill the bread wells.
Arrange the KOO Fruit Cocktail pieces and chocolate drops on top of the custard.
Bake for 10 minutes or until the custard is set and the edges start to caramelise.
