Quick Vanilla Ice Cream with Fruit Salad

Serves 4

1 cup Cream

1 tbsp Sugar

1 tsp Vanilla Essence

4-5 cups Ice

2 tsp Salt

1 tin KOO Fruit Salad

Place the cream, sugar and vanilla essence in a ziplock bag.
In a larger ziplock bag add ice and 2 tsp salt.
Place the bag with the cream inside the bag of ice and seal.
Shake for 5-10 minutes until the ice cream is set and thick.
Spoon into bowls and serve with fruit salad.
