1 tin KOO Butter Beans in brine, drained and rinsed

1 tin KOO Fresh Garden Peas, drained and rinsed

¼ cup Oil

Zest and juice of 1 Lemon

1 tsp Salt

½ tsp Pepper

¼ cup Mint leaves

Place all the ingredients into the blender and blend until a smooth paste.
Check for seasoning.
