1 cup KOO Chickpeas, drained and well rinsed
1 ½ cups Milk Powder
1 cup Butter/ ghee, melted
1 ¾ cup Icing Sugar
½ tsp Cardamom, ground
2 pinches Nutmeg, ground
Silver, gold or pearl degrees
Blend together the butter and chickpeas to form a smooth paste, heat over a low heat for about 30 minutes until the mixture goes brown and the liquid has reduced.
Mix in all other ingredients until smooth.
Press into a tin and leave to cool in the fridge until set.
