Heat the cream and cornflakes in a heavy based saucepan. Do not boil, once the cream is hot remove from the heat and allow the cornflakes to steep for 30 minutes to 1 hour. Strain the cream and then chill.
In a large chilled bowl, combine KOO Creamstyle Corn, sweetened condensed milk, salt, and vanilla.
In a separate bowl whip the cream to firm or stiff peaks.
Gently fold in KOO Creamstyle Corn mixture and 1 – 2 cups of the caramel corn.
Transfer to a freezer safe container. Cover well with plastic wrap.
Chill in the freezer for at least 4 hours or overnight.
Remove from the freezer and serve garnished with more caramel corn and cornflakes.
