There was something for everybody in the Expresso kitchen as Chef Moira created a super spicy KOO sub and tempting tartlets. Combining chicken, KOO Apricot Halves, and curry powder, she created a yummy baguette that's hard to forget. But the deliciousness didn't end there, as she got our mouth watering with decadent KOO pear-noffee pies. Caramel, chocolate and KOO Pear Halves - who can resist? Yummy!
