- 6 eggs
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 can KOO Mixed Vegetables
Kitchen gadgets:Bowl, frying pan, spatula
- Crack the eggs into a bowl, add the veggies and season to taste - whisk together.
- Heat some oil in a frying pan, pour in the mixture and swirl to coat the base of the pan.
- Cook over medium heat for 3 minutes until the sides begin to set and then flip the omelette over.
- Cook for a further minute and then serve with crusty bread, grilled bacon and grilled tomatoes.
