It was all about deliciously different guavas in the Expresso kitchen and in particular the mouthwatering convenience of KOO Guavas. Chef Moira shared her favourite way to eat them and what better way than with a tempting tantalising white chocolate cake! It was of course a cake with a difference as she combined cardamom, ginger, KOO Guava Halves, and white chocolate chips, to create a fragrant and simply stunning Chai Guava and White Chocolate Cake with Sticky Nutty Topping.
The tasty treats didn’t stop there, as she also shared a terrific fridge tart that is sure to go down a treat on sunny summer days.
