Sweet, spicy, sticky and lip smacking - just a few words to describe the mouthwatering menu Chef Moira whipped up on the Expresso Show. For fans of finger food, her sticky short ribs are bound to be a hit. She roasted the ribs in a marvellous marinade made up of KOO Tomato Paste, honey, sweet chilli sauce and KOO Apricot Halves. Fruity and full on flavour, these sticky ribs are great for sharing but they're so yummy, that you may be tempted not to share. The deliciousness didn't end there though, as Chef Moira put the finishing touches on this memorable menu by mashing up a rustic and delicious bean mash.
