It is Heritage Month, and throughout the month of September, KOO will be celebrating uniquely South African dishes in the Expresso kitchen.
This week Chef Moira put her own twist on a Durban classic, the famous bunny chow. Combining chilli, cumin, garam masala, and some key KOO ingredients, these bite sized bunnies are perfect for snacking on the go or sharing with family and friends. Aromatic, fragrant, and spicy, they're easy to make and are packed full of flavour!
