Whenever you think of cobbler, the first thing that comes to mind is the classic American peach cobbler dessert. But as we’ve come to expect, Chef Moira doesn’t do ordinary. Using the versatile KOO range, she once again had a trick up her sleeve, and created a deliciously different savoury cobbler. It was a fusion of sweet and spicy, as she combined KOO Cocktail Onions, KOO Apricots, mince, and fragrant spices, to make an appetising Lamb and Apricot Cobbler.
