It was exotic and entertaining as KOO brought some South American flair and flavour to the Expresso kitchen. Chef Moira created a mouthwatering Mexican menu with a sweet and savoury twist. Combining chilli, chocolate, KOO Red Kidney Beans and KOO Lentils, she made burritos with chocolate chilli con carne and spicy lentil rice.
