Fusion cooking is a top trend at the moment, and on the Expresso Show, Chef Moira showed us how much fun it can be. She took a traditional Indian starter and transformed it into an Italian classic. It was the best of both worlds as she topped naan bread with KOO Fresh Garden Peas in Brine, KOO Sliced Beetroot, peppered salami and mouthwatering mozzarella, to create a deliciously different pizza.
