A Durban staple and a favourite across South Africa there's something deeply satisfying and comforting about a curry. They way it fills the kitchen with fragrant flavour, how it tickles the taste buds, and of course the way it warms the belly! On the Expresso Show we were in for an exciting and exotic experience as Chef Moira shared her spicy spin on a classic curry. She combined KOO Sliced Beetroot, KOO Tomato Paste, beef, curry powder and coriander to create a bold, beautiful curry with a bit of bite. Aromatic and amazing, this dish smells as good as it looks!
