TUNA AND CORN PATANISCAS

TUNA AND CORN PATANISCAS

Ingredients:

  • 1 can KOO Sweetcorn or KOO WHOLE KERNEL CORN (If whole corn, rinse and drain)
  • 4 whole eggs
  • Pepper (to taste)
  • Parsley (to taste)
  • 100 ml olive oil
  • 5 tbsp cake or bread flour
  • 250 grams canned tuna

Kitchen gadgets:

Frying pan, Wooden spoon, Sharp knife, Mixing bowl

Method:

  1. Drain the tuna and shred it with the help of a fork. Set aside.
  2. In a glass bowl mix well the whole eggs along with the flour. Then, wrap the chopped parsley and the pepper. Finally, add the shredded tuna and drained corn and stir together well.
  3. Heat the olive oil in a skillet. When hot, remove small portions of the tuna mixture with the help of a spoon and fry them on both sides in the olive oil until turn golden (while frying, flatten slightly with the help of a fork the pataniscas to remove the liquid that remains inside).
  4. When they are fried, place them on a platter over absorbent paper. Serve the tuna pataniscas with lettuce salad.
