ROASTED KOO CHICKPEAS

ROASTED KOO CHICKPEAS

Ingredients:

  • 3 cans KOO CHICKPEAS, drained
  • 7 ml Salt
  • 50 ml Sunflower Oil
  • 2 Garlic Cloves, finely chopped
  • Pinch of Chilli Powder
  • 5 ml Paprika

Kitchen gadgets:

Mixing bowl, Paper towel, Baking tray

Method:

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C.
  2. Dry KOO CHICKPEAS very thoroughly with paper towelling.
  3. Combine the chickpeas, oil, paprika and seasoning in a medium-sized mixing bowl.
  4. Spread the chickpeas out on a non-stick baking tray, and bake for 30-35 minutes until brown and crunchy. Watch them carefully for the last few minutes to avoid burning.
  5. Serve in a bowl as a snack.
