- 140 g crème fraîche
- 50 g KOO Tomato Paste
- 2 Little Gem lettuce, shredded
- 140 g radish, finely sliced
- 140 g KOO Petits Pois Surfmaid Peas, drained and rinsed
- 200 g small peeled and cooked prawns
- 1 lemon, cut into 12 thin wedges
Kitchen gadgets:12 small glasses
- Mix the crème fraîche, tomato paste and some seasoning together , fold in the prawns.
- Divide the lettuce between the pots/glasses then do the same with the radishes, peas and finally top with the prawns.
- To serve, add a lemon wedge to each.
