- 1 x 410 g can KOO guava halves
- 1 x 397 g can evaporated milk
- 1 x 90 g packet lemon jelly
- Drain the KOO guava halves and keep the syrup aside.
- Chop the guavas, set aside. Heat the guava syrup in a heavy-based saucepan. Remove from heat andadd the jelly powder. Stir until jelly has dissolved. Add the evaporated milk and guava pieces.
- Pour mixture into a glass ovenproof dish. Refrigerate until set.
- Serve with custard and whipped cream.
Tip: : Decorate dessert with any sliced KOO fruit of choice.
