• Guava Delight




    Ingredients

    • 1 x 410 g can KOO guava halves
    • 1 x 397 g can evaporated milk
    • 1 x 90 g packet lemon jelly

    Instructions

    1. Drain the KOO guava halves and keep the syrup aside.
    2. Chop the guavas, set aside. Heat the guava syrup in a heavy-based saucepan. Remove from heat andadd the jelly powder. Stir until jelly has dissolved. Add the evaporated milk and guava pieces.
    3. Pour mixture into a glass ovenproof dish. Refrigerate until set.
    4. Serve with custard and whipped cream.

    5. Serves 4

      Tip: : Decorate dessert with any sliced KOO fruit of choice.
